prior consent of a physician. Further, Baseball 101 makes no claims on the
safety or appropriateness of any information found on the site.
Use of this site signifies your agreement with these terms of use. If you do
not agree with any of the following terms of use, please do not use this site.
Baseball 101, reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to
be bound by such modifications.

is the property of Baseball 101. All material on this

the laws of the State of Texas, as it is applied to agreements entered into and
to be performed entirely with such state. Any action you, any third party, or
Baseball 101 bring to enforce this agreement, or in connection with any matters
related to this site, shall be brought only in either the state or Federal
courts located in Collin County, Texas. You expressly consent to the
jurisdiction of said courts.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this
agreement, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the
matters set forth herein, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by
Baseball 101.
Baseball 101 reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions
of use at any time. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon
posting to the site.
